The Orange Fellowship is a unique fellows program for leaders and opportunity seekers who value personal and professional growth.

· 2-year fellowship for recent university graduates employed at an Orange County (OC) company

· Quarterly learning events focused on leadership skills, career development and community care

· Quarterly social events with peers, and exclusive events with OC business leaders to share and learn from each other

· Platform to create more connections and bridges across industries, and be part of a network of rising professionals in OC

· Recent college graduates (2019-2021) working full-time in an OC company

· Support from your company to attend quarterly Orange Fellowship development days

· Successfully complete online application

· Capable of committing to a two-year program, July 2021 to June 2023
